Which I was already doing.
Thus began my own journey to find the answers, starting with late nights on google, extensive nutrition research, lots of meal planning, daily meditation… all the things.
I know what health and wellness look like in the real world, not some trendy social media feed. And I understand the value of customized guidance to support that journey.
I also know that many women are stuck in a lifestyle they can’t get out of. They’re staring at a diagnosis, with more questions than answers. They need support and don’t know how to find it.
